Precision machining for defense & aerospace
A digital thread from the print you supply to the verified NC program that cuts it — where every stage has to pass a check that could have failed.
Approach
It’s everything around it — reading the print, modelling the part, programming the toolpath, proving it won’t gouge, and producing the inspection paperwork. At the order quantities a defense supplier actually sees, that work is the cost.
We build that path as software. The drawing above is its output — scroll, and it walks the stages.
Dimensions read from the supplied print into a parametric model whose every value traces to a driving parameter. A part that fails its own checks never reaches CAD.
Operations recovered from the solid itself and gated on removed volume — planned removal must equal stock minus part, or it isn’t a plan. Matching features to operations only proves operations were emitted.
Toolpaths generated to a closed-form offset and posted for the control. That cutter is ⌀6 because the fillet is 3.75 — an outside profile can’t cut a corner sharper than the tool radius.
Every program executed against a stock model first, checking for gouges and for rapid moves through material — the failures a correct-looking program hides.
Each stage carries deliberate failure cases: checks written to catch that stage doing the wrong thing convincingly. A verifier that has never failed is decoration.

A supplier without a CAGE code cannot receive a government award. Ours is in process, and this page will carry it when it issues rather than before.
Where we are
ARIA Dynamics is a new entity. Formation, EIN and state registration are complete; federal registration is in process. Production capacity is specified and not yet installed.
We’d rather say that plainly than describe a shop that isn’t there. The useful questions for a buyer are what’s documented and what’s committed — we’ll answer both directly.
Entity, EIN and New Jersey business registration.
SAM.gov registration and CAGE code.
Machining capacity, metrology and the quality system — selected, not yet purchased.
