Quantum · Fusion · Semiconductor equipment
Precision parts, with requirements agreed up front.
Our initial focus is repeat production of vacuum and cryogenic components for quantum, fusion and semiconductor equipment.
Target applications
Vacuum hardware
Chamber components, flanges, ports, fixtures and sealing faces.
Cryogenic parts
Copper and aluminum mounts, thermal links and brackets.
Magnet and coil hardware
Formers, clamps and tooling.
Semiconductor equipment
Repeat part families with agreed material, process and inspection requirements.
Material and process scope
Aluminum, stainless steel and copper are the initial material focus. Milling, turning, inspection, cleaning, traceability and any specialist processes must be reviewed for each job. We do not claim a tolerance, surface finish, vacuum rating or production capacity without a job-specific review.
Partner-shop model
Production is planned through partner shops until ARIA has its own cell. Each shop must be approved for the work; the quote will identify the site and responsibilities. We are not claiming an established qualified supplier network or current production orders.
ARIA is pre-revenue and does not yet own production machines. The partner-shop production route and our own automated cell are being developed. Unattended operation is an objective, not a current capability. ARIA Dynamics has not yet demonstrated it.
Before sending technical data
Start with a non-confidential description, quantity and timing. Do not send export-controlled information, restricted drawings, models or programs. We will confirm whether and how the data can be received before you send it.

Questions about working with ARIA.
These answers describe our present scope and the decisions that need a job-specific review.
Can we discuss an early part or a small run?
Yes. An initial part can be a starting point for discussing a repeat part family. Share an unrestricted description, quantity and timing so we can assess fit; a discussion is not acceptance of an order.
Where would the parts be manufactured?
Our partner-shop production route is being developed. The intended manufacturing site, operations and responsibilities must be identified in a reviewed quote. ARIA does not yet own production machines.
What tolerances, finishes or lead times can you offer?
Those depend on the geometry, material, manufacturing route and acceptance requirements. We do not publish a blanket tolerance or delivery promise. The relevant shop and inspection approach must be reviewed before a commitment.
What about cleaning, inspection and traceability?
Tell us which requirements apply before we discuss a production plan. Cleaning methods, inspection records, material documentation and any specialist work must be agreed for the job; the application categories above do not establish qualification.
Should I send a drawing now?
Start with the enquiry form or a nonconfidential email. Do not attach technical files yet. We will confirm whether we can receive the information and agree the transfer route first.
What is the status of your automation work?
No. Unattended operation is an objective, not a current capability. ARIA Dynamics has not yet demonstrated it. Our program checker is an internal development tool and does not replace prove-out, inspection or qualified operators.
